You can use the portal to return parcels to online shops that have the service activated – this applies to parcels delivered via Packeta.
You don’t pay anything for the return; the service is covered by the online shop.
For now, parcels can only be returned at our retail store drop-off points – we’re still working on enabling returns via Z-BOXes.
