What can our app do?

Parcel shipping

Just fill in the parcel parameters, the recipient´s contact information, and bring the parcel to any pick-up point.

Parcel returns

Click on "Return parcel" in the app, enter the return code you received from the online shop, and then bring the parcel to any pick-up point.

Parcel pick-up

At the pick-up point, share the password you see in the app with the pick-up point clerk. They will generate a label and your parcel can be on its way!

Parcel overview

How many parcels have you shipped and are expecting? The app gives you a clear overview of all your parcels.

Z-BOX parcel pick-up

Once you're at the Z-BOX, turn on Bluetooth and location services. Then open the app. The app will pair itself with the Z-BOX and open the locker with your parcel.

Pick-up point locater

Which pick-up points do you have nearby? Click on the Pick-up point button and view the interactive map.

Ratings in the app

Our app brings lots of options and benefits for you. You can see all kinds of tips and tricks, rate our couriers or tell us what liked about our services.

How do I ship a parcel

via Packeta mobile app?

Pack the parcel

Pack the parcel in appropriate packaging. The best way is to wrap the item in bubble wrap and place it in a cardboard box. Then, fill in the shipping details in the app.

Bring it to a pick-up point

In the app, open the pick-up point locater and select a location that suits you best. You can also find your favorite pick-up point via the search bar.

Have it shipped

At the pick-up point, share the password you see in the app with the clerk. They will label the parcel for you and submit it for transport.

And that´s it!

Our courier will then pick it up and deliver it to the chosen location. For parcels with COD, the courier will charge the recipient and we will transfer the amount to your account within 10 workdays.

The app is required only for the sender. However, if the recipient has the app installed, they can have a clear overview of their parcels, can check their status, and/or track them directly in the app.

This info serves as a crucial communication and identification channel. We send all transport documentation (receipt, admission for transport, delivery info, etc.) via email. Your phone number is required to pair your account with the app and to receive text msg notifications.

It does not, you have to be online to use the app = have mobile data enabled or be connected to Wi-Fi.

Unfortunately, no other payment options (bank transfer or cash/card payment at pick-up points) are currently possible. We use online payments because they are quick, stable, and secure.
