Packeta is our customers' favourite carrier. Every day, hundreds of sports enthusiasts have their GymBeam sports nutrition and healthy food delivered to Packeta pick-up points near their homes because they know their package will arrive quickly and they can pick it up at a location and time that's convenient for them.

I probably don't see anything to improve at all, you are already the best delivery service in the Czech Republic for me. Whenever an online shop offers it, I will have my package delivered by you. You are super fast, my packages arrive safely and everything always worked out perfectly.

It is really beneficial for my business to be Packeta’s pick-up point—it attracts more customers for me as at least 50% of those picking up a parcel order a cup of coffee to go with it. It is passive marketing for us and also word of mouth that works magic.

The robots can run and sort parcels on a single charge for 2 hours straight and charge for just 10 minutes. Unlike the system where parcels were sorted by humans, PackMen can handle up to twice as many parcels per hour. For us, this means a significant increase in efficiency, saving human labor and time.

I am extremely satisfied with Packeta´s services. Specifically, Z-BOXes are absolutely great as I'm often quite busy and this allows me to pick up my parcel when I have the time :-) The biggest plus for me is that Z-BOXes are almost everywhere in the Czech Republic so I can pick up my parcel even when I´m visiting my grandma out of town.
