Parcel insurance

Packeta does not offer the option to insure parcels sent via the Packeta mobile app. However, you can use the Shipment value compensation service. This service is available when sending a parcel to a pick-up point or a Z-BOX. In case of damage or loss, Packeta will reimburse you for the actual damage incurred, up to a maximum of CZK 10,000.
