Currency conversion is the process of converting the currency of a financial transaction into another currency — for example, into the currency of the country where the payment is settled or the recipient's currency.

Packeta allows financial transactions to be processed with or without currency conversion. When a parcel is sent from one country and delivered to another, the sender can choose during submission whether the cash-on-delivery amount should be paid out in the currency of the sending country or the destination country.
