If you have the application installed, you can easily and quickly request the deletion of your account yourself, just click on the "Delete account" button in the profile section and privacy settings subsection.

If you don’t already have the application installed, you can download it and proceed according to the instructions above or contact our customer support on our contact form.

NOTICE

We hereby inform you that we are obligated by law to delete your account 90 days after you last received a parcel or 183 days after you last shipped a parcel. During this time period, you can cancel the request to delete your account. Shipping or receiving a new parcel is considered canceling the request to delete the account. Note: If your account is deleted, all personal data, including the parcel history, will be lost. This action is irreversible.
