(hereinafter collectively referred to as the 'Packeta Group').

Who are the partners: The partners are businesses that cooperate with any of the Packeta Group companies in the field of postal services, e-commerce, and parcel delivery. These include:

• E-shops and online marketplaces that provide parcel delivery through Packeta Group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Packeta Parcels");

• Business premises (Primary locations) where Packeta Shipments can be received;

• Partners allowing us to place Z-BOXes in the vicinity of their premises or on their land plots;

• Companies providing financial services related to the purchase of goods delivered as Packeta Shipments (e.g. payment services, insurance, consumer credit, etc.);

• Organizers of conferences, courses, workshops, and other professional meetings in the field of parcel delivery, e-commerce, and digital services; and

• Partners in projects of general interest

What offers we send you: We mainly send offers for free shipping, discounts and other price reductions, consumer competitions, club memberships and partnership programs. In addition, we can introduce you to our points of sale, their product ranges and business stories. Occasionally, we will inform you about our sustainability, environmental or corporate social responsibility activities and new services we are introducing.

If you have enabled the use of your location data in the Zásilkovna application (for example, for the purpose of using our Z-BOXes), we may use your presence in the vicinity of the Z-BOX (i.e. if you are handing over a parcel as part of the Between Us service or collecting the parcel yourself) for geotargeting advertising, i.e. to display offers from business partners whose premises are located in the vicinity of the Z-BOX.

By voluntarily activating the relevant field, you consent to the use of your personal data (e-mail, telephone, push notifications, your presence in the vicinity of the Z-BOX) for the purpose of receiving third-party commercial communications from Zásilkovna s.r.o. (ID No.: 28408306, registered office Českomoravská 2408/1a, Libeň, 190 00 Praha 9), as the controller of your personal data. This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be revoked at any time through the application settings (in the "Notification Settings") or by submitting a data protection request. Zásilkovna s.r.o. sends commercial communications on its own behalf as the sole distributor and does not share any personal data with the partners that the advertisement promotes.
