Payment for merchandise.
73% of Czechs pay for their merchandise upon receipt of the package (Cash on Delivery). We will collect the cash on delivery and collect payment in CZK for you and send it to your account in a currency requested by you (e.g. your domestic currency or EUR).
More than 50 % of Czechs prefer collecting their goods personally. That's why we operate the widest network of pick-up points within the Czech Republic and Slovakia comprising hundreds of locations in cities above 10,000 inhabitants.
Other than delivering to pick-up points, we also deliver directly to the customer's address. The package will be delivered to your customer the next business day after receiving it in the Czech Republic. You can choose from several delivery options (post, courier,..).
Czech Post is the most common shipping option in the Czech republic. That's why your customers definitely should have the choice to use it on your e-shop. We are looking forward to arranging handover of your packages to the Czech Post – easily and without the hassle of connecting to the systems of Czech Post. You will of course receive full tracking information on your shipment.
You only need one bulk package.
You pack all of your consignments into one box and send them from your warehouses to our depot in Prague. We will sort your consignments and send them both to the pick-up points and directly to the customers' addresses.
SMS, e-mail and the tracking system are free.
With the help of the track and trace system, both you and your customers will be at all times informed of the status of your consignments. Your customer will receive an automatic e-mail and/or SMS about all important processes (receipt of the consignment, readiness for pick-up or delivering).
Fulfillment and dispatch in a few clicks.
You can store your goods in our warehouses. Then you can command the dispatch with a few clicks through the online system. We package the goods and immediately dispatch it to customers.
Fulfilment in combination with the "Express Courier" service ensures that your merchandise will get to the client that same day within a couple of hours. Thus the distance between your country and the Czech Republic will be eliminated completely.
Should you be interested, we offer consultation about other specifics of the Czech market. We will help you with the translation of your websites, online marketing and targeted advertising. We will also provide you with telephone customer service and an address for RMAs and consignments that are not delivered (rejected, not picked up).
